Experiment Design

Defining an Experiment

Overview

REVA v4.0 separates waveform generation into several independent variables.

An experiment is defined by:

Carrier Frequency
+
Packet Category
+
Packet Family
+
Operator Adjustments

Carrier Frequency

The carrier frequency determines the underlying pulse train.

Examples:

  • 55 kHz
  • 90 kHz
  • 120 kHz
  • 180 kHz

Packet Category

Examples include:

  • Harmonic
  • Fibonacci
  • Golden Ratio
  • Prime

Each category contains multiple packet families.

Runtime Adjustments

Fine tuning may include:

  • packet frequency,
  • pulse scaling,
  • gap scaling.

Reproducibility

Experiments may be reproduced by documenting:

  • carrier frequency,
  • packet category,
  • packet family,
  • runtime settings.

Philosophy

REVA v4.0 encourages structured experimentation rather than random waveform exploration.
