Deterministic Timing

Temporal Isolation

Overview

Deterministic timing forms one of the fundamental principles of REVA v4.0.

Timing-critical functions remain isolated from user interaction and display activity.

Purpose

This separation prevents:

  • display latency,
  • menu activity,
  • EEPROM access,

from affecting waveform generation.

Design Principle

The waveform should remain unchanged regardless of operator activity.

This principle governs the internal firmware architecture.
