Definition of a Waveform Configuration
Overview¶
Every experiment performed with REVA v4.0 can be described by a small number of parameters.
Together, these parameters completely define the waveform configuration.

Purpose¶
The experiment definition provides:
- reproducibility,
- comparability,
- documentation consistency,
- portability between instruments.
Example¶
Two instruments configured with identical values will generate identical packet structures.
Philosophy¶
The waveform is defined by its parameters rather than by implementation details.
This abstraction allows experiments to be reproduced independently of firmware revisions.
